* Organizational Design and Development
* Change Management
Requirement:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree or Post Graduate Diploma / Master’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource, Business Management or equivalent.
* Above average oral and written English communication skills
* Excellent presentation and project management skills
* Experience in BSC is definitely a plus
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Job role in Organizational Development/Change Management or equivalent.
* Willing to work in Makati City
* 1 Full-Time positions available.
