Responsibilities:
• Assist customers on their queries and concerns.
• Provide solutions to technical problems.
Requirements:
• Graduate of any 4 year course or completed at least 2 years in college.
• 18 years old and above.
• Able to communicate in English effectively.
• Willing to work in various shifts including graveyard.
• Highly customer service oriented and tech savvy.
• Excellent active listening and probing skills.
• Amenable to work in MAKATI or SHAW.
• Available to start on ASAP
• Fresh Graduates are WELCOME TO APPLY.
