* College graduate of any course.
* At least 1 year of working experience in STORE OPERATIONS.
* Human relation skills (customer, call center and Delivery team)
* Mental Effort- able to understand and follow instructions, able to exercise diplomacy, problem identification and problem solving.
* Communication skills- cascade of programs to call center team.
* Physical effort- 70% of time assigned in call center.
* Applicant must be willing to work long hours.
* Day job.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
