RESPONSIBILITIES:
File Review Analyst for the Correspondent Channel
As a File Review Analyst you will review closed mortgage loan documents for accuracy, validate compliance requirements are met, and prepare the loan for purchasing and boarding. Upon review, you will utilize Chase imaging systems and LOS to enter all loan information while meeting standards for quality and productivity.
*Compare data from the Chase LOS system to the documents on the imaging system
*Identify exceptions and correct on appropriate system or collaborate with internal business partners to resolve
*Extract specified data from certain documents and log accordingly
*Report and / or log exceptions for tracking
*Provide input to supervisor or department lead in regard to unusual issues discovered during review process
*Provide assistance to peers with their workloads if required
*Work special projects or other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
*College graduate or equivalent
*3-6 months first mortgage, file review experience
*Basic knowledge of mortgage documents
*Accurate typing skills
*Team oriented
*Highly motivated in a fast paced production environment
*Detail oriented
