RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Assists in initial phases of the recruitment process for non-exempt candidates

-                      Pre-screening
-                      In Depth HR Assessments

* Partners with Line/Hiring Managers to ensure standards and targets are met

* Maintains data in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) throughout the recruitment process

* Facilitates the new hire or on boarding process and facilitates the pre-placement process with candidates through Job Connect Taleo.

* Participate in the planning, strategizing and implementating of sourcing activities

* Actively evaluate current processes and think of innovative ways to better yield results

* Generates reports as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

* 1 year experience in Hiring and Selection is a must

* A degree in Psychology or any related course is a plus

* Basic understanding of Employment processes preferred

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Above average Problem Solving and Decision Making Skills

* Must be organized and detail-oriented

* Must at least have intermediate PC skills
