RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Solution 1 Security Access Management team is committed to assisting our Line of Business users by provisioning properly authorized system access in a timely and secure manner. Admins play a critical role by providing users with an appropriate level of access to business applications that directly impacts the firm’s ability to service internal and external customers. The job responsibilities of an Admin include: responding to user access requests within the R-SAM request system, following Information Owner sanctioned procedures for provisioning access, responding to escalated requests immediately and documenting all request activity within the request system for audit compliance.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Ability to quickly learn access administration and information security concepts, application administrator interfaces and computer networking/application/operating systems.
* Ability to troubleshoot access issues by working with team members, staying current with application changes, and analyzing situations by relying on procedures that are documented and approved by Information Owners.
* Ability to understand and apply corporate IT Risk Management Policies and Standards.
* Ability to confidently handle situations quickly and independently.
* Technical certifications are not required.
* Ability to train, mentor and assist co-workers on all aspects of access administration.
* Assist non-technical client base with access issues through telephone support, voicemails, and additional manners i.e. emails, online chat, or Sametime.
* Evaluate access needs, communicate with requestors, and document response/resolution within each request for a proper audit trail.
* Report on trends to team leads and supervisor.
* Excellent computer and data entry skills

* Ability to handle high access request volume and multi task
* Produce detailed and accurate work
* Tasks as assigned by lead or supervisor
* Willingness to work on overtime when needed.
