RESPONSIBILITIES:
Roles and Responsibilities
* Designs, develops and delivers training for Home Loan Servicing using a variety of delivery methodologies including classroom, web based, computer-based and distance learning
* Conducts needs analyses, develops training assessments, and analyzes the impact of training on performance
* Develops and provides input to Instructional Designers on the development of case studies, role plays, exercises, and job aids to support learning
* Researches, reviews, and disseminates industry (product/service) and project specific information to ensure that internal audiences have current and accurate information to support Servicing activities
* Identifies knowledge, skill and performance gaps and develops training to address specific needs
* Collaborates with Instructional Designers to create knowledge and skill assessments
* Collaborates with internal Servicing training teams to ensure the consistency of training across the Servicing sites
* Collaborates with other support teams to provide solutions to improve performance
* Develops good working relationships with the line of business managers and supervisors
REQUIREMENTS:
Job Requirements
* Above average written and verbal English skills required (Grammar, Diction, Articulation, etc.)
* Ability to travel domestically and internationally; minimum of 25%
* College degree or equivalent work experience
* Demonstrated ability in instructional design and development desirable
* Excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal communication skills
* Intermediate familiarity and/or expertise with any/all learning methods, experiential approaches, facilitator tools, use of job aids and delivery tools
* Strong analytical and organizational abilities
* Strong customer service focus
* Ability to analyze performance and develop methods to measure and improve training effectiveness
* Computer software knowledge such as Microsoft Office products – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
* Must be willing to work a flexible work schedule; days and hours may vary
* Training experience is required.
* US or Euro Mortgage experience is required.
