RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receive, assign and distribute new and resubmitted loans to the Loan Quality staff.

Reconcile file assignments daily and maintain records for audit purposes

Set-up all new staff with accesses, equipment and supplies. Off-board all terminated employees.

Order equipment and supplies as needed. Submit requests for all facility related issues.

Support management staff with daily clerical functions to maximize their effiiciency.

Answer general questions from business partners on an as needed basis to supply updates on current volume levels.

REQUIREMENTS:
Strong general clerical skills required.  To include MS Office products (Excel and Word).

Ability to provide excellent customer service through use of effective listening and problem solving skills as well as striving to attain customer satisfaction required.

Strong organization skills needed to perform and complete work objectives

Excellent verbal communications skills required.
