The Role:
* Work on certifications, measurements on training efficiency systems e.g. Kirk Patrick, ADDIE Model.
* Manage and implement performance improvement training programs within one function in a site.
* Develop a functional training plan that includes new hire and recurrent training.
* Act as consultant to functional training development team and functional leadership team in order to determine which interventions to implement based on performance needs.
* Deliver new hire training.
* Responsible for assuring employee knowledge and skill strengths and deficiencies are recognized by providing coaching interventions.
* Provide training to Mgmt/Leadership team as needed.
* Manage and assess a staff of trainers and training assistants.
* Work with business to help prioritize initiatives on key areas of opportunities
REQUIREMENTS:
* Graduate with minimum 5 years of job related experience. (at least 2 years as a Sr trainer)
* Prior experience in process, voice and accent, soft skills training
* Excellent presentation skills.
* Sound knowledge of coaching and feedback, performance management, people management etc.
* Should have exemplary training & developmental skills.
* Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
* Computer knowledge to which includes word, excel, power point.
* Strong proficiency in spoken and written English.
* Ability to transfer knowledge & check applicability
* Should hold a Valid Passport. A US or Canadian Visa would be value add.
* Employee must be willing to travel for at least 2 months from start date.
