Outbound Call Center Jobs

CARD TRANSACTION VERIFIER (OUTBOUND)
(Ortigas Center, Pasig/Libis, Quezon City)

Responsibilities:
Knox.Com Corporation is looking for call center agents who are willing to work for an outbound account to verify purchases made online – that’s it. No selling involved. No convincing the customer. No irate customers.  Just verify the transaction(s) and your done. Simple. Straightforward. Lesser stress.

If you are new to the call center industry, this account is perfect for you. (Tenured reps are more than welcome to join us, that is, if you’re tired of the usual call center queue and is looking for work with lesser stress.)

(We are currently processing applicants who will join the PIONEER BATCH).

Requirements:

* Must have finished at least 2nd year college
* Fresh graduates and entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
* Flexible and willing to work graveyard shift
* Excellent communication skills
* Solid comprehension and active listening skill
* Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig.
* Full-Time positions available.

Interested applicants can drop by at the office from Monday between 9:00am to 3:00pm and
Tuesdays to Fridays between 12:30 to 4:00pm
