Director for Operations Group

Requirements:

* Leads over-all direction and strategic thinking for the Product Support Operations Group and the Operations Support Group.
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any related field to the position. Masteral or Advanced Diploma is an advantage.
* At least 5 years working experience in a senior managerial level capacity.
* Preferably exposed in an ICT industry or multi-national call center but not necessarily required.
* Very good interpersonal relations and management of international clients and internal customers in all levels.
* Highly analytical, strong business leadership sense and customer focus.
