Responsibilities:
1. Drives strong performance of Finance and Accounting production team;
2. Provides leadership of the end-to-end accounting process;
3. Builds and maintains excellent relationship with the customers;
4. Prepares budget and cost reduction programs;
5. Provides leadership and manages to improve employee engagements
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
* Preferably CEO/SVP/AVP/VP/Directors specializing in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
* At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (3 years in BPO and managerial capacity).
* Has handled 100++ full time employees
* Customer Service (CS) Management
* Service Level Agreement (SLA) Management
* Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas Center,Pasig City
* Full-Time positions available.
