* Leading and managing Data Base Administration group
* Responsible for developing and maintaining custom application and data warehouse data models
* Responsible for recommending database technology strategy for PeopleSupport
* Responsible for proper operation of all databases in production and development environments
* Facilitate the definition of all business terms to foster a common definition among all groups in PeopleSupport. Responsible for documenting and maintaining the business terms
* Define and maintain all data models
* Develop and maintain data warehouse and all of associated data loads
* Develop and maintain project plans related to development and maintenance of databases and data models
* Mentor Data Base Administrators, Analyst & Software Engineers in technical and professional career
REQUIREMENTS:
* 3 – 5 years responsibility as a Data Base Administrator serving production environment and more than one database
* Experience with leading/managing small team of Software Engineers and Analyst
* 1 – 3 years responsibility as Data Architect or Data Modeler for a medium size organization
* Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and other database technology such as Oracle
* Experience with defining and setting data backup, restoring, archival and replication
* Demonstrated experience with conceptual/logical/physical data modeling
* Demonstrated experience with development and maintenance of data warehouse
