* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree or Post Graduate Diploma / Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
* Required language(s): English.
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field and 2 years in management position is required.
* Must have an extensive background in Recruitment, Employee Relations, Employee Welfare, Training & Devt, Comp and Benefits; preferably with Organizational Development exposure.
* Highly analytical and strategic.
* Must have excellent written and oral communication.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Preferably assistant manager / managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
