* Extensive technical knowledge in troubleshooting, webhosting, hardware and software support
* Experience in the IT industry with technical knowledge in broadband connectivity and dial-up connection preferred
* Graduate of Computer Science, MIS, IT courses or related field
* Problem Solving and Analytical skills
