Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
* At least 6 (six) months call center experience in B2C – lead generation, appointment setting type for mortgage or related campaigns using the Spanish language
* Assertive and confident
* Very conversational; above average spoken Korean and English skills
* Strong active listening, comprehension & call handling skills
* Positive thinker, risk taker, and can easily bounce back from set-backs
* Thrives in fast paced, quota-driven environment
* Dependable; excellent work ethics
* Willing to work in odd hours and shifting schedules
* Part-time/Full-time positions available
* Certification in Korean language (preferred)
* Experience in handling Korean sales or customer service campaigns (preferred)
* 25 Full-Time positions available.
