Training Officer
(National Capital Reg – 14th flr. Tower 1 Robinsons Cyber Plaza,Pioneer St.,Mandaluyong City)

Responsibilities:

* Manage the entire Operations Training of the Center aligning the different training programs to client-specific requirements and organizational needs

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Science or equivalent field. Post graduate degree in Human Resources Management/Psychology or Business preferred.
* At least 3 years managerial experience and 5 years experience in handling communication, sales, product-specific and management programs
* At least 3 years experience in the BPO/call center industry, preferably outbound exposure. Background in other fast-paced environment like manufacturing i.e. semiconductor, electronics, automotive and/or telecommunications industry a plus
* Expert knowledge in adult learning theories, educational psychology or employee development principles
* Must have demonstrated performance in all phases of program development life cycle, including planning, needs assessment, program or instructional design, delivery and evaluation
* Strong problem solving, creativity and people skills
* Proficient in MS Office applications
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Willing to work in graveyard and shifting schedules
