Online Game Customer Service Representative
PHP 15000 – 19500 after probation period
(Central Luzon – Home office; Clark field)

Responsibilities:

* You will join our international in game support team in the virtual world Second Life and provide technical assistance, billing support or marketing support online. Interaction is mainly text based but situations are less scripted and more complex than normal call center work, which makes this position more interesting and less repetitive than standard call center jobs, but also more intellectually challenging.
* This is an entry level position. Several highly performing CSRs have already moved up to positions in our company such as estate manager, marketing specialist, community manager etc.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
* Required language: English (flawless and fast in writing).
* Option languages: German, Spanish
* At least 1 year of working experience in the related field such as call center, e-commerce, IT field etc is required for this position.
* Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent. Job role in Customer Service – General or equivalent.
* 5 Full-Time and Contract position available.
* We expect you to be highly reliable, responsible and a fast learner. It doesn’t matter what major you studied, but we need you to be smart and mentally flexible, able to adapt to new situations fast.
* This position is online, which means accepted candidates will initially be working from home office. Must be able to commute to Clark field within 60 minutes and willing to work from there at a later stage.
