Sales Consultant (Account Executive)

Responsibilities:

* Responsible in prospecting potential clients, as well as in making sales presentations and proposals to the prospective clients.
* Sell and promote the company services.
* Assist in the market research into industry profiles (e.g. corporate, industrial, and real estate)
* Improve products and services based on market research to level with industry standards to be able to reach targeted client base.
* Understanding customers’ diverse, specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs.
* Developing effective sales plans utilizing sales methodology.
* Managing sales deals from start to finish
* Identify and qualify the list of national prospects and follow up with telemarketing calls and marketing materials
* Identifying and developing new business through networking, and courtesy and follow-up calls.
* Networking with existing customers in order to maintain links and promote products.
* Cold-calling in order to create interest in products and services and generate new business leads.
* Managing your own diary in order to organize and prioritize daily and weekly goals.

Requirements:

* Graduate of any degree or vocational course; preferably graduates of any Marketing or Business course
* Working experience in Sales – Corporate or equivalent is preferred
* Experience in the both sales and marketing function; preferably with track record in implementing successful sales and marketing activities.
* Experience in dealing with Multinational Clients is a must
* Preferably with work experience earned in the BPO or KPO industry
* Experience in sales and marketing of selling websites is a plus
* Experience in a fast-paced and customer-driven environment is essential.
* Must be well-versed in project management
* Excellent in presentation, oral and written skills with excellent customer relations and people handling skills
* Self-motivated, detail-oriented, highly organized and has a well rounded personality
* Hardworking, trainable, and a pleasing and outgoing personality.
* Willing to work on graveyard or shifting schedule

Base Salary: PHP 17,000 – 20,000 based on experience and skill level
Commission: .8% commission on gross sales (in USD).
