Trainer in Libis – MicroSourcing Philippines

(National Capital Reg – 9th Floor E-Commerce Plaza Bldg, Eastwood City, Libis, Quezon City)

Responsibilities:
We are searching for an experienced training supervisor/junior trainor who will facilitate and conduct training programs for our project personnel.  The training programs  include training team leaders, English language training as well as teambuilding and project management.  The person will be responsible for  facilitating workshops and will be leading the design of training programs relevant to our projects.

Requirements:

* Must have exposure and experience in facilitating workshops on teambuilding, leadership, project and program management
* Must have exposure to operations management
* Must have experience and exposure in facilitating workshops for diverse groups
* Must be hardworking, with outgoing personality, mature and can work long hours
* Must be a team player with flexibility to work on night shift  training sessions
* Must have strong people skills
* Must be confident  with leadership qualities
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Education/Teaching/Training, Human Resource Management, Humanities/Liberal Arts, Linguistics/Languages, Psychology or equivalent.
* Required language(s): English
* At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in conducting training programs in the business processing outsourcing/knowledge processing outsourcing industry
* Must have at  least  2 years  experience in English language training
* Applicants must be willing to work in 9th Floor E-Commerce Plaza Bldg, Eastwood City, Libis, Quezon City.
* Full-Time positions available.
