CSR (non voice) fixed dayshift! high pay! to start on june 15
(National Capital Reg – Makati)

Responsibilities:

* – THIS IS NOT A CALL CENTER JOB-

* * Answer inquiries and concerns from all customers, individuals and SME, which are received through inbound calls, website and emails
* * Handle difficult customer relations situations
* * Ensure that the customers’ requests respecting the processes and procedures as defined by the customer care direction.
* * Promote and cross sell our products and services, to all prospects and existing customers.
* * Troubleshoot broadband technical concerns
* * Escalate to the appropriate responsible groups complete information on customer requests that cannot be solved at their level or accounts with unusually sensitive nature.
* * Identify the need for other services. Gather information and intelligence from customers and forward this to management
* * Respect their assigned working schedule as planned and communicated by the direction
* * Detect and inform the superior of any discrepancies in the process and procedures to ensure the uniformity of the documentation and the training.
* * Propose improvements to the existing processes.
* * Integrate and implement all updates in the process, policies, products and services, offers and systems, as requested by the customer care direction.
* * Respect the company’s rules on confidentiality.
* Requirements:

Requirements:

* * Must be a college graduate
* * Experience in managing people
* * Can start on June 14
* * Good oral and written communication skills
* * Tech savvy
* * Preferably fresh graduates
