System Administrator

Responsibilities:
* Provide support on IT systems involving both infrastructure and networking (network, telephone systems, etc).
* Identify and communicate required changes& customizations to the system.
* Ensure the conduct of maintenance and repair activities to the system.
* Manage complete and accurate backups of the network, systems and databases.
* Lend general assistance in information technology system requirements for company operations.
* Oversee software licensing and hardware configuration records.
* Perform system hardware recommendation.
Requirements:
* In depth knowledge of TCP / IP, networking design, switch, and Cisco router configuration.
* Hands on experience in installation, configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance of hardware and software related issues.
* Familiarity with Asterisk, Vicidial, PABX, etc.
* Familiarity with Windows Servers hardware, Cluster, VMware, Storage, HP, Dell and IBM Blade Servers.
* Knowledgeable with different dialers.
