TELEMARKETER
(Southern Tagalog – Manggahan, General Trias, Cavite)
Responsibilities:
1. Deliver prepared sales talks
2. Persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service
3. Explain products or services and prices
4. Answer questions from customers in a professional manner
5. Obtain customer information such as name, address, and payment method, and enter orders into computers.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma or Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
• At least 1 year experience in Telemarketing is required.
• Has strong written and verbal communication skills required with an emphasis on customer service.
• Has the ability to work in fast paced call center environment.
• Good in English Language, ability to use proper grammar and vocabulary
• Telephone etiquette
• Ability to respond professionally to clients on the telephone
• Ability to handle objections over the phone
• Has strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple software applications at once to provide a positive customer experience.
• Ability to handle various telemarketing situations
• Should be willing to work in graveyard shift.
• Should be willing to work in General Trias Cavite
