Compensation Representative
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Description

* Provide compensation support to the Corporate Compensation Department by creating job descriptions, evaluating new and existing jobs, and assisting with job title and job information audits.

Principal Responsibilities

* Conduct interviews with management in order to understand and articulate the duties and responsibilities of the position that is being requested. Create and/or update job descriptions based on job duties and responsibilities.
* Evaluate new and existing jobs using established evaluation system and once approved compile results for further analysis.
* Organize and input compensation data into standardized templates for further review and analysis.
* Responsible for understanding and ensuring accurate job classifications for the US and Canada.
* Assist with job title and job information audits in the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) system. Report discrepancies to management.
* Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with all applicable Federal, State, Provincial, and Local laws and regulations relating to job duties.
* Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with NCO policies and procedures.
* Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement.
* Make recommendations to implement improved processes.
* Perform other duties as assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in relevant work experience.
* Required language(s): English
* 1 year previous office/clerical experience desired.
* Proficient personal computer skills including Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
* Must be fluent in English, both oral and written language skills.
* Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
* Strong attention to detail required.
* Ability to understand and work within set deadlines.
* Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
* Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
* Ability to work in a team fostered environment.
* Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment.
* Ability to prioritize and organize work.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City.
* Applicants must be willing to work on Night Shift Schedule.
