HR Business Partner (Clark, Pampanga)
RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Recruitment
* Assists in planning workforce requirement on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis;
* Partner with Recruitment Department to ensure headcount needs are met. Participates in the formulation of short-term and medium term ramp plans.
* Coordinates operations interview and assists in internal employee transfers
* Employee Relations
* Provide conflict resolution and guidance with employee relations issue in accordance with the Policy on Discipline and Discharge.
* Assists managers in the interpretation and application of the Code of Conduct and other HR Policies.
* Monitors ER related concerns and recommend action plans/interventions to reduce recurring issues. Provide interventions to increase employee morale and engagement.
* Conduct yearly Employee Pulse Survey to drive, design and implement account specific HR initiatives.
* Compensation and Benefits
* Assists the account leads in dealing with payroll disputes.
* Assists in the formulation of incentive scheme to align with the account’s overall business strategy.
* Interpret salary and wage survey and recommend a blueprint for attracting and retaining employees.
* Learning and Development
* In partnership with the Learning and Development team, recommends delivery of organizational effectiveness and training solutions. Potential areas of focus include, but not limited to, team development, performance management, competency development, 360 degree feedback, career pathing and succession planning.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma / Master’s Degree or Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Human Resource Management, Law or equivalent.
* Excellent interpersonal, written and oral English communication skills.
* Critical thinker, very responsible, highly organized.
* With Human Resources experience in a call center industry.
* At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Background in Law preferred.
* Amenable to graveyard shifts.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
