RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Be proficient in training and successfully graduating knowledgeable trainees.
* Become certified in training curriculum and facilitate service training classes.
* Complete routine administrative tasks.
* Become familiar with NCO policies/ guidelines.
* Learn & demonstrate understanding of key performance indicators.
* Become familiar and interact with all departments.
* Attend training and quality sessions and remain current with product knowledge and quality expectations.
* Deliver presentations, training, or instruction to staff, management, clients, or the general public.
* Designs and/or prepares training/instructional materials, teaching aids and devices.
* Monitor and evaluate operations, programs, processes and/or practices for quality and effectiveness; makes recommendations for improvement.
* Acts as a resource to provide information or determine the most effective way of meeting the needs of management, staff, clients or customers.
* Maintains and/or creates files or record keeping systems. Sorts, labels, files and retrieves documents, or other materials.
* Other tasks as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Strong presentation skills.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Clark,Pampanga.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
