Candidates should have…

* Assertive selling skills

* Excellent English communication skills

* Strong customer service orientation

* At least 2 to 3 years of call center management experience calling in the US on outbound sales campaigns for call center manager position

and should be…

* Honest, reliable, dedicated and hardworking

* College graduate

* Male/Female (at least 30 years old)

* Manager : PHP 40K + (inclusive of the 25% night differential, attendance bonus plus training)
