Senior Application Developer
(National Capital Reg – Ortigas Center, Pasig City)

Responsibilities:
* Develop the programming code from scratch or by adapting existing website software to meet business requirements
* Test the website and identifying any technical problems and hitches
* Establish the purpose of the website based on its target audience
* Determine any functionality that the site must support and developing PHP content based on practical approved layout
* Identify the content type the site will host and ensuring compatibility with the PHP programming requirements

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Others or equivalent.
* 4 – 7 years in PHP, javascript, ajax, html, expert understanding of mysql, windows, linux
* Advanced understanding and experience with PHP programming language, HTML, Cascading Style Sheets, XML, JavaScript, MySQL, and/or Postgres. (Preference will be given to those with PHP & Postgres experience)
* Advanced understanding of object oriented programming, programming using classes, and other structured programming principles
*  Experience writing Plugins and customizing WordPress
*  Comprehensive understanding of XML, XHTML, CURL, Linux, Apache
*  Experience using SVN or some other code revision based system
*  Writes well document code
*  Experienced in Mysql and Postgres Databases
*  Has extensive experience debugging code.
*  Can write code from pseudocode, verbal instructions, and using process flow diagrams.
*  Must be equally adept in and comfortable with new application development and maintaining existing code.
*  Comfortable writing and maintaining interfaces to API’s
*  Comfortable working in a LAMP environment
*  Willing to working in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
*  Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
