BPO Associate

Responsibilities:

* Attentive and has a keen eye for detail.
* Fluent in English and communicates effectively.
* Above average written communication skills.
* Courteous and able to develop positive rapport with customers.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Dependable and has a solid work ethic.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Commerce, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
* Computer literate and has working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
* Proficient in basic computer operations.
* Flexible and willing to be assigned to varying work hours.
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* BPO experience is preferred.
* Applicants must be willing to work in 3F Silver City Mall,Pasig City.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees.
* 30 Full-Time positions available.
