Requirements:
- Call Center experience in an international account is a must
- Experience in a telecommunications (mobile) account is an advantage
- Must have completed at least 2 years in college
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Able to carry out various work flow procedures such as payment processing, complaint escalation, registration, renewal and debt collection
- Experience in sales or upselling is an advantage
Required language(s): English.

Hi. I’m pretty sure I’m not meeting all your requirements. But I’m posting this comment for two things- I’m at home and just having fun posting job applications online. Secondly, I’m not having fun anymore at my current job. Presently, I work as a Phone Tech Agent supporting the AOL software client at eTelecare-Clark. Previously, I was an AOL Techmail Consultant, a non-voice queue supporting the AOL software also.
Prior to this positions,believe it or not, I was a company driver for AOL Member Services, Phils. in Clark. The AOL site director then said she saw some potentials in me the way I speak English. She urged me to train as a call center agent. And so I accepted the offer, as it is something new and challenging for me. And, well, the rest is history. And I can say that talking to Americans on the phone is actually fun. A lot of them don’t actually believe that they are talking to someone from the Philippines.

I do not know if this is the right place to post this, but i do hope that it will get to the right person in administration. Words cannot express how thankful i am with this company, how you worked with my sick cousin that was employed there. I said WAS because he died yesterday 2/7/09.(leukemia/ stroke) Jeffrey, my cousin loved working there. I was impressed by how this company worked with him, specially when he was in and out of the hospital. He was always so nervous when he gets admitted with a fear of getting fired. You guys understood his condition and worked with him with his schedule.
I wish i could come and thank you myself in person but i live in the united states and it is unfortunate that i cannot come home to say goodbye.

The home-based or at-home call center agent is a big thing in the US. Shouldn’t we be doing it here in the Philippines as well? Consider traffic and all the savings a call center company would make in hiring an at-home agent. Think about it. Thank you.
