RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervise 8-15 agents
  • Mentor, coach and monitor agents’ performance and adherence to the policies and procedures
  • Makes sure client operational requirements are being exceeded

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • Must have at least 1-2 years experience in handling agents in an Inbound program
  • Candidate must possess ability to mentor, motivate and coach a team
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • 5 Full-Time positions available.
