Team Leader
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-
Supervise 8-15 agents
-
Mentor, coach and monitor agents’ performance and adherence to the policies and procedures

Makes sure client operational requirements are being exceeded
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field.
- Must have excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Must have at least 1-2 years experience in handling agents in an Inbound program
- Candidate must possess ability to mentor, motivate and coach a team
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
- 5 Full-Time positions available.
