* Providing IT representation, the Technical Services Manager will assume a single point of contact role for selective clients during the implementation process.
* Graduate of any four year college degree.
* Solid background in IT Technology and system integration with an understanding of voice and data networks operation in relation to callcenter outsourcing solutions.
* Minimum of five (5) years successful Client Relationship Management experience within and outsourcing or large-scale technology consulting arena.
* Very good communication and presentation skills.
* Must be willing to work on occasional shifts in Pasig City.
