Web Support Specialist

Responsibilities:

* Acts is 24/7 high-level technical role by providing support to internal clients, IT developers and IT Management in the resolution of highly complex and technical problems involving the creation and maintenance of multiple Web sites and applications.

* Monitor, upgrade and maintain systems that employ advanced technologies and methods to integrate web systems with existing systems.

* Tracks the development and implementation of web system.

* Coodinate activities with support personnel and other team members, including developers, and administrative teams.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* At least 3 years experience in creating and managing Web sites.
* Good background in Linux and MS Sql.
* Knowledgeable in the ff: CSS, .NET, XML, HTML and JAVA.
* Load balancing using Cisco Ace is a plus.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Must be willing to work in shifting schedule.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
