Responsibilities:

* Position Summary:

* Conducts engineering analysis, planning and evaluation of all telecommunication voice and data network services that are moderate complexity. May oversee the selection, integration/installation, documentation and maintenace of local and remote voice telecommunication switching systems, networks, equipment and other communcations solutions as required. Ensures that all software, including network control programs, satisfy the communication requirements for both hardware and software environments.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Extensive knowledge in the ff: Telecommunication industry, WAN design and support, infrastructure and connectivity.
* Good experience in the ff: CISCO UCCE environement to include Cisco Unified Communication Manager (UCM), Cisco Unified Intelligent Contact Center, UCVP, UCCE, Voice XML scripting and Cisco voice gateways.
* CCNA is required. CCNP is a plus
* Extensive experience in large call center is an advantage.
* Must be willing to work in shifting schedule.
