Call Center Manager (Doha, Qatar)
Call Center Manager
Sterling Group, a company based in Doha – State of Qatar is seeking Call Center/Contact Center Manager.
Candidate should have good communication skills; should have experience and previously working as a manager in a call center. Graduate of Computer Course is a plus. Knowledge in managing Windows Servers 200x, SQL, XML and related technologies, as well as having networking experience are an advantage as well.
You will be responsible for the following:
1.) Co-ordinate and motivate call centre staff.
2.) Managing the daily running of the call centre.
3.) Setting and meeting performance targets for speed, efficiency, sales and quality.
4.) Liaising with supervisors, team leaders, operatives and concerned channel to gather information and resolve issues.
5.) Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and involvement in or membership of networks.
6.) Reviewing the performance of staff, identifying staff training needs and planning training sessions.
7.) Recording statistics, user rates and the performance levels of the centre, and preparing reports.
8.) Handling the most complex customer complaints or enquiries.
9.) Organising staffing, including shift patterns and the number of staff required to meet demand.
10.) Coaching, motivating and retaining staff and co-ordinating bonus, reward and incentive schemes.
11.) Forecasting and analysing data against budget figures on a weekly and/or monthly basis.
12.) Developing, implementing and reviewing core responsibilities and tasks.
13.) Improving performance by raising efficiency.
