Call Center Agent(Outbound- Dayshift) Urgent hiring!
(National Capital Reg – Ortigas, Pasig City)
Responsibilities:
* Conduct outbound calls to both existing customers and cold-calls prospects to obtain additional business.
* Performs various admin-related office works to ensure compliance with the requirement of office administration.
* Observes established safety and health standard procedures / regulations in carrying out duties and responsibilities.
* Support products development and documentation.
* Performs other job-related duties that may be assigned by superior from time to time.
Requirements:
* Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas,Pasig City.
* Candidate must have finished atleast 2nd year college or any diploma/2-year course
* Must possess above average communication, listening and problem-solving skills
* Must be an effective team player; with flexible and amiable personality
* Must have working knowledge of computers and the Internet
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Gentlemen:
