* BA/BS Psychology graduate
* Proven ability to communicate through verbal and written measures
* At least 1 year of customer service experience preferably in a call center.
* Ability to articulate, interact and understand client needs and expectations..
* Data entry and proofreading skills required.
* Able to work shifts as required.
