Account Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage day to day operation and ensure performance metrics are met.
- Develop or recommend procedures to effect more efficient operations.
- Assist higher level analysts or financial officers with financial summary information, and analysis of financial reports.
- Provide recommendations for development of process and utilization of Team Member.
- Can supervise, lead and train experienced professional staff.
- Conduct performance analysis of team members with continuous coaching and mentoring.
- Maintain client relationship

REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate of Accounting or Finance
- CPA or MBA (graduate/undergraduate) preferred
- 2-3 years management experience
- At least 5 years finance and accounting work background
- Must have the ability to supervise a team of highly-skilled financial/ accounting professionals
- Experienced in working with Service Level Agreements and/ or metrics
- Experienced in reporting (both written and oral) to management and clients
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Keen on details, results-oriented
- Able to thrive in a highly dynamic, multi-tasking environment
- Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook)
- Experience in ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, JDEdwards, etc.)
- Willing to work flexible hours, including straight night-shift and overtime
- Required language(s): English.
