Customer Service Representative

  • Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the link between a business and its customers. In general, a CSR is the employee responsible for maintaining good will between a business organization and its customers by answering questions, solving problems, and providing advice or assistance in utilizing the goods or services of the organization.
Technical Support Representative
  • Technical Support Representative (TSR) provides user-friendly assistance to individuals having technical problems with electronic devices. A TSR is an individual familiar with the ins and outs of a device.  With this knowledge he/she is able to troubleshoot problems that a user commonly experiences. Technical support may be provided over the phone,  through email, or with live-chat interface.

 

Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: Associate Degree/Vocational Course(2 years), Undergraduate(complete 2nd year College), Bachelor’s/College Degree
  • Age: 18 years old and above
  • Required Language(s): English
  • Required Skill(s): Basic Computer and Internet knowledge
