Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the link between a business and its customers. In general, a CSR is the employee responsible for maintaining good will between a business organization and its customers by answering questions, solving problems, and providing advice or assistance in utilizing the goods or services of the organization.
Technical Support Representative
Technical Support Representative (TSR) provides user-friendly assistance to individuals having technical problems with electronic devices. A TSR is an individual familiar with the ins and outs of a device. With this knowledge he/she is able to troubleshoot problems that a user commonly experiences. Technical support may be provided over the phone, through email, or with live-chat interface.
Requirements:

Educational Qualification: College Degree, Undergrads(minimum of 2 years in college), Associate Degree/Vocational Course(2 years)
Age: 18 years old and above
Required Language(s): English
Required Skill(s): Basic Computer and Internet knowledge
