Treasury and Financial Analysis Manager
(National Capital Reg – Makati City)

Responsibilities:
 Creates financial models and spreadsheets, assembles and manipulates financial and operational data, and develops written reports

 Conducts special analyses on financial and management issues as assigned; prepares reports covering complex financial and performance issues for management.

 Develops and implements departmental financial policies, procedures, and performance standards related to primary assignments; coordinates with other section’s establish appropriate corresponding Section-Level policies.

 Reviews, audits ,reconciles, and interprets weekly cash flows and journal entries, client invoices and reports prepared by the Treasury Administrator and Revenue Analyst.

 Oversees restricted expenditures and ensures compliance with legal and other funding-source restrictions

 Oversees the department’s systems and procedures for cross-charging costs to other units and budgets; performs cost analyses to establish appropriate pricing levels

 Identifies and monitors section’s key performance indicator; supervises collection and dissemination of Treasury, Revenue and Financial Analysis performance metrics.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
* CPA/CFA/MBA, or similar professional certification is advantage but not required.
* At least 5 years of related Financial Planning and Analysis experience and 2 years of supervisory experience.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills (presentation skills; business writing skills)
* Leadership Skills, strong coaching, mentoring and counseling capabilities;
* Project Management Skills (prepare and execute project plans and manage multiple tasks)
* Problem Solving and Decision Making skills
* Strong knowledge in Accounting System, Platinum, Excel & Microsoft Office.
