Requirements:

  • Minimum of at least 6 months Sales/Retention experience (preferably enterprise scale.)
  • Experience in up-sell/Cross-sell environments.
  • Must have previous customer interface experience and the ability to handle upset customers in a professional manner.
  • Proven contact center performance, able to meet compliance, quality, and productivity metrics.
  • Previous work in a highly dynamic, fast paced service environment.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Eastwood Libis,Quezon City.
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
