Technical Support Representative
(National Capital Reg – Makati, Ortigas, Pasig City, Mandaluyong City, Pasay City and Parañaque City)
Responsibilities:
* Must have at least (2) two years work experience in a call center for a technical account, OR
* Must have at least (2) two years work experience in a call center (non technical account) but only for candidates who have an IT education
* Basic technical understanding
* Willing to work in a schedule-shifting environment including graveyard, weekends and holidays
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree , Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): microsoft windows, background in installation, Background in financial software is an advantage.
* Required language(s): English
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Makati,Ortigas,Pasig City,Mandaluyong City,Pasay City and Parañaque City.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
* 202 Full-Time positions available.
