BDO advises online customers to transact during off-peak hours

BDO encourages all its mobile and online banking users to access their accounts during off-peak hours.

The announcement is made due to the growing surge of logins and transactions both on the mobile app and the website which may cause difficulty in accessing the BDO online and mobile banking services for some customers. They may process their transactions online before 10 AM or after 4 PM.

Previously, both the mobile and online banking services of BDO had been inaccessible for some users. The bank assured that it is continuously improving its services with the extension of the enhanced community quarantine in Metro Manila and other provinces.
