RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Manage the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing and administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruitment
* Fill agent positions for the Country Organization of NCO
* Confer with Hiring Managers to identify hiring needs and document detailed search assignments to ensure an understanding of job duties ad responsibilities and business requirements
* Confer with management to identify manpower needs, planning strategies and search assignments
* Source candidates for each open positions as well as leverage online recruiting resources and in-house applicant tracking systems to identify qualified candidates
* Build and maintain a strong and effective candidate pipeline possessing key talent potentially available for immediate hiring or for succession planning
* Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates
* Coordinate with recruitment agencies/ headhunters as necessary.
* Create job postings on external job boards and the intranet
* Update Recruitment Marketing and Sourcing on the positions to be posted in the various sourcing channels
* Review resumes, credentials and qualifications for appropriate skills, experience and knowledge of candidates in relation to position requirements
* Provide complete, accurate and inspiring information to candidates about the company and the position
* Conduct screening interviews, shortlists for hiring managers and coordinate Skills Behavioral Interviews and Validation Interviews and manage all scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers
* Conduct thorough reference checks
* Manage and coordinate all communications with candidates
* Set and manage candidate expectations and prepare them for interview with the hiring managers by providing detailed information on the company, our business strategy, the department, the job description and to set
* Review the hiring managers’ interview assessment / performance, conduct post-interview debrief/feedback and take appropriate action when warranted
* Prepare contracts and offer letters for promotion or lateral transfers
* Perform administrative tasks to complete candidates’ on-boarding process e.g. turn-over of documents and paperwork to HR, create online employee records, and send on-boarding notices to hiring managers.
* Conduct follow-up calls and quality-improvement studies/surveys with hiring managers and new hires
* Extend offers of employment to selected candidates under the direction of the hiring managers and within the guidelines of the company’s compensation policy
* Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring manager interactions, and other recruiting activities to ensure a safe and thorough audit as required
* Work cooperatively with all members of the team to develop and implement appropriate staffing plans and recruitment strategies for recruitment
* Develop and maintain excellent working relations within the HR and Operations Teams
* Develop and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers, vendors and team members to build credibility and to create partnerships that yield successes
* Use effective communication approaches that include proactively keeping others informed, appropriately expressing ideas and thoughts verbally and in written form in a timely manner
* Regularly visit all hiring manager departments to develop a thorough understanding of the department culture and use that understanding to help candidates fully understand the opportunity
* Participate in the development of ongoing creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies
* Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in cutting edge, state-of-the-art recruiting practices

REQUIREMENTS:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
* At least 2 years experience in full lifecycle recruitment, preferably in the BPO industry
* Knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, analyzing job requirements and wage and salary trends
* Familiarity with targeted Selection Interviewing techniques
* Demonstrated ability to recruit for corporate positions
* Knowledge and use of server-based / online applicant tracking systems preferred
* Knowledge of local labor laws, government regulations and compliance requirement
* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are required
* Must be internet savvy and experienced in mining online databases
* Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes and procedures
* Must be able to manage several tasks simultaneously, accept criticism and constructive feedback, while being extremely adaptable and flexible
* Strong planning, organizational and coordination skills
* Excellent people skills
