Responsibilities:

• Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines within a high volume environment;

• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision and direction;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills;
• High level organizational skills;
• Ability to liaise effectively with all levels of staff, and internal and external stakeholders;
• Demonstrated superior capacity to exercise judgment, discretion and initiative;
• Demonstrated ability to perform training needs analysis and curriculum development.
• Excellent partnering and consulting skills;
• Demonstrated ability to create competency-based learning and development interventions; Intermediate to Advance knowledge in Microsoft Office programs;

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field.
* Required language(s): English
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in TARLAC CITY.
* Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
