Sourcing Executive
(National Capital Reg)

Responsibilities:
Serves as business partner with teams for agent and non-agent recruitment and selection. Spearheads campaigns and sourcing initiatives for effective candidate pooling. Takes charge in networking and delivering non-traditional sourcing methods. Manages recruitment vendors.

Requirements:
• 4-year college degree in Human Resources or Marketing or a combination of education and equivalent work experience.

• 5 or more years experience in candidate sourcing (both agent and non-agent positions) with proven track record in out-of-the-box methodologies.

• Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills, including verbal and written communication, presentation, facilitation, and negotiation skills.

• Strong problem solving/consulting skills.

• Excellent time-management skills.

• Excellent planning and organizing skills and multi-tasking skills.

• Strong listening skills.

• Good PC skills with demonstrated ability to use a variety of programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint, and Outlook; with the ability to assimilate, present, and analyze data as needed.
