* Graduate of a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field
* With strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
* With very good organizational and coordinating skills
* With a keen eye on details and excellent problem solving skills
* Must have general knowledge of PC Applications (word processing, spreadsheet and database software)
* Work experience in a BPO/ Call Center can be an advantange
* Willing to work under graveyard shift
