Production Analyst

• The Production Analyst will be responsible for a portfolio of content products, determine daily task priorities, execution of scripts on the input data as outlined in the checklists.
• Edits, executes programs and scripts, and ensures that it completes successfully. Loads data from Information Provider to the environment.
• Ensures completeness of information and data to effectively perform the assigned task.
• Communicates with client to be able to gather all needed information. Updates tracking tool to reflect actual work, progress, status. Releases Work Order.
• Communicates errors, discrepancies and missing/late data.
• Investigates cause of delays, client-feedback and production errors and prepares report.
• Recommends and implements process review and improvement.
• Determines product specifications and requirements
• Prepares written account of project/process particulars.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree, preferably Computer-related
• Must have experience in searching electronic databases, books and journals
• Must have proven ability to install software in Windows/DOS environment
• Must be familiar with Software Development Life Cycle
• Must have keen attention to details
• Must have good analytical/ troubleshooting and observation skills
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills
• Must be able to excel in a team environment as well as working individually
