CALL CENTER ASSOCIATE ( Inbound & Outbound)
(National Capital Reg – Makati, Philippines)

Responsibilities:

• Process inbound  or outbound calls to effectively meet customer needs within established productivity goals and turnaround times.
• Follow established guidelines in providing customers accurate information using various system tools.
• Meet the service, quality and quantity standards set by Management.
• Update client information on the system as required.
• Escalate issues to Management to ensure customer expectations are met when standard procedures are inadequate in meeting specific needs.
• Demonstrate sensitivity, empathy, responsiveness and creativity to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Network throughout the organization to engage supporting units in delivering solutions.

Requirements:

- Candidate must be at least 2 years in College or graduate of any 2-year vocational course.

- Male or female, not more than 40 years old.

- Must have excellent English communication skills and customer service skills.

- Must be people oriented and hardworking.

- Preferably with at least 3 months inbound or outbound call center experience ( telemarketing competency).

- Must have diverse experience in “medium” to “hard” selling.

- Must be willing to work on a graveyard shift.

- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.

- 300 full-time positions available.
